PAYMENT PROCESSES
PRIVATE PATIENTS AND WORKCOVER
A tax invoice receipt will be provided which can be sent to your Private Health Insurer for compensation. This process is the responsibility of the patient. Work Cover Appointments are payable on the day unless you have an approved claim number.
MEDICARE PATIENTS
Our staff will organise your Medicare Rebate on your behalf. If you are not able to provide the information required, a receipt will be provided for you to make your claim through Medicare individually.
MEDICARE REBATE
NOMINATED ACCOUNT
If you have set up a nominated bank account connected to your Medicare, the rebate will be deposited by Medicare accordingly.
